60 Minute Pilates Flow:
An energising Pilates flow class led by me - Lauren. Whether you're a Pilates pro or just starting out, this session will boost your energy and leave you feeling stronger and aligned both physically and mentally.
Delicious Nibbles and Drinks: Indulge in delicious, healthy snacks and nutritious drinks. It's not just about the food, though – it's a chance to mingle, share stories, and make new connections with like-minded women.
Restorative Yoga: Get ready to relax with yoga-based mobility and breathwork led by Marta Decarli. Unwind, release tension, and find tranquility for the Autumn season ahead. No experience required, just bring yourself as you are.

Wellbeing Mornings
Wellbeing mornings combine movement, education, delicious food and community (4 of my favourite things)! The events usually start with an exercise class focussing on functional movement. We then provide a nutritious healthy snack and have some time to chat and mingle followed by a workshop/talk/interview on wellbeing which is educational, informative and fun. The event usually ends with a Pilates/stretch class ready to set you up for the rest of the day, feeling energised and excited for life.
These events are aimed at anyone and everyone. We don’t mind if you are an exercise fanatic or prefer a gentle walk in the park. We would love to meet you.
